Normcore WDT Tool V4 – Retractable Espresso Distribution Tool

The Normcore WDT Tool V4 is designed to make puck preparation more consistent, controlled, and effortless.

Before tamping, freshly ground coffee can contain clumps and uneven density inside the basket. These inconsistencies may lead to channeling, uneven flow, or unstable extraction.

The WDT V4 uses fine distribution needles to gently break up clumps and redistribute grounds throughout the basket. Stir from the lower layer upward to create a more even coffee bed before tamping.

A simple twist mechanism allows the needles to extend or retract with one full turn. After use, retract the needles back into the body for safer storage and better protection.

The adjustable needle layout supports up to 14 needles, giving you flexibility to use fewer needles for lighter stirring or more needles for wider coverage.
