30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase (NOT product faulty), you can return the product(s) within 30 days of purchase for a product refund minus a 15% restocking fee provided the product(s) is in like-new condition and are in their original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we do not provide return shipping label.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact our mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
