SHIPPING HUBS & HANDLING
All orders will be processed and shipped directly either from our distribution center in China, warehouse in the US/ Germany/ UK subject to stock availability. If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, you will receive separate tracking numbers. Delivery times may vary between shipments.
Please note, these orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay in order to receive their order.
The Order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 9 AM China Time may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 9 AM on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
**Important note: We handle shipping fees on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the total weight, remote address and the requirements of the logistics company. If the normal postal shipping fee is significantly high, we reserve the right to contact you to arrange a partial top-up of the shipping fee prior to dispatch. Should you prefer not to proceed with the additional shipping fee, you may opt to cancel your order for a full refund prior to dispatch.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Free postage policy does not include commercial courier service like DHL/ FedEX/ UPS etc. If there is a need, the cost shall be borne by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind right after your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, and no refund will be provided. Please reach out to us separately.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@normcorewares.com.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Normcore is not responsible for taxes or delays due to customs.
If the customer fails to complete customs clearance or refuses to pay the required duties, the parcel may be returned to sender or destroyed by customs authorities. Any associated costs (including return shipping, disposal fees, or additional charges) will be borne by the customer. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
DELIVERED PARCELS
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
Normcore is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery, including cases of unattended deliveries.
Missing or Stolen Parcels - If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel:
- Please check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Contact the local carrier for delivery details
You must contact us within 5–7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
Note: Additional Shipping Charges for Heavy or Oversized Products
Due to the heavier weight and larger size of certain items—such as the Knock Box Drawer, Heavy-Duty Espresso Knock Box, Tamping Station and 12-Tube Glass Bean Cellars—additional shipping charges will apply depending on the destination.
Shipping fees calculated at checkout may not fully cover the actual cost for these items. In such cases, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the additional shipping fee required before dispatch.
If you prefer not to proceed with the additional charges, you may choose to cancel the order for a full refund prior to shipment.
By placing an order for these products, you acknowledge and agree to potential additional shipping charges.
