Shipping Policy

Sending your order in the quickest time possible is our highest priority so we have logistics centers set up in the  USA and Germany and China.

Standard Shipping
Packages sent from China:

If send to the U.S.: will use UPS/USPS Packages service.

The process: the package is shipped from China to the United States, and then send to the destination city by UPS after customs clearance, and then delivered locally by USPS.

Therefore, the package needs to reach the UPS mail center in the United States, and then only the package will update the shipping status.

It is estimated that it will take about 10 days from China to the UPS mail center in the United States. Therefore, including local delivery, the entire delivery time is expected to take 15 to 20 days.

This will be faster than regular postal services.

If it is sent to other countries, the local parcel service will be selected first, (Eg. for Canada, Canada POST will be used), otherwise, the China POST ePacket service will be used.

Should you wish to return your order, please email us at within 30 DAYS of purchase, noting your reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your issue or further assist you, we will process a refund within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods to our office, deducting shipping costs. Refunds will be processed as promptly as possible and payment made by the same method that you used for the original purchase. All refunds are made at the discretion of

International Shipping Terms and Conditions – Customs & Duty Charges

​Shipping from China warehouse will be sent by registered post. 

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Do you offer gift messages? 

We can add personalized gift messages to your order. The packing slip inside of the parcel will not contain any pricing information so you can send your gift with reassurance. 



Return & Exchange Policy

If you decide there is a better NORMCORE WARES product for you, or if you are having problems with your press within the warranty year, we will happily exchange your product.

- To exchange your product, you must have proof of purchase.

- Please contact our customer service team at about your exchange before sending your product back to us.
