Refund policy

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase (NOT product faulty), please contact us first, we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have to avoid unnecessary returns. You can return the product(s) within 30 days of purchase for a product refund minus a 15% restocking fee provided the product(s) is in like-new condition and are in their original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we do not provide return shipping label.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@normcorewares.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Product Finish Disclaimer

Due to the manufacturing process, minor scratches, weld marks, polishing traces, or small surface imperfections may be present. These are normal and do not affect the product’s functionality or performance.

Our products are designed for daily use in home and professional barista environments, not as display or collector items. We appreciate your understanding.

Natural Wood Disclaimer

Due to the nature of natural wood, variations in color, grain, tone, and slight polishing marks are normal. Items may not match exactly, even within the same set. These characteristics are part of the natural material and finishing process, and are not considered defects.

 

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at hello@normcorewares.com.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with all relevant supporting evidence, including shipment and delivery confirmation.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any issues promptly.

EU Return Policy

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last item of your order, including weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at hello@normcorewares.com. You may use the model withdrawal form available on our [Right of Withdrawal page], but it is not obligatory.

Refunds If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Return shipping You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of returned goods You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent
